Safari Summary
Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara
Depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive in the park, with a chance to see tree-climbing lions, hippos, elephants, and an array of birdlife. Overnight stay at Lake Manyara.
Day 2: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head to the Serengeti National Park. Enjoy an en-route game drive before arriving at your camp or lodge. In the afternoon, explore the vast plains in search of the Big Five. Overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 3: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater
Embark on an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, then continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater for an overnight stay with spectacular views.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning of wildlife viewing. After an unforgettable safari, return to Arusha in the afternoon, marking the end of your adventure.

Picked up from your hotel Arusha at 7:30 am and journey to the small yet diverse Lake Manyara National Park, This park which stretches along the Rift Valley Escarpment, is named after the shallow alkaline Lake Manyara. The lake can be seen through a hue of pink, due to the large numbers of flamingos, seasonally flocking to its shores. The more than 400 species of birds make this park a bird lovers’ paradise and on any given day 100 different species can be observed. Apart from the avian inhabitants, giraffes, elephants, monkeys and antelopes can be spotted in the forest, acacia trees and grasslands. With a bit of luck you will be able to catch a glimpse of the famous tree-climbing lions, a somewhat uncommon trait for these large cats. After a thorough exploration of the park, you will leave and travel to the town of Mto wa Mbu where you will spend dinner and overnight at Panaroma campsite/ sun bright campsite or similar.

This morning better prepare self for Ngorongoro Crater – The Eden of Africa: The Crater is Twelve miles wide, home to the rare Black Rhino and has its own Soda Lake. The high concentration of wild animals in the Crater area means that you are likely to see the African Big Five in a short period of time. As we descend 2,200 feet into the Crater, experience a thrilling day among Africa’s Big Five: the Lion, the Elephant, the Buffalo, the Black Rhino the Leopard, zebras, hippos, hyenas, wildebeests, warthogs and many more you will leave the Ngorongoro in the late afternoon and proceed to Arusha town follow by drop off at Arusha by 4:00 pm where the safari end.
